Author’s note: I wrote this book in a conversation with Chat GPT, not because I needed AI to write it, it has been the catalyst and the coating of everything in my life for over 25 years. I wrote it in a conversation, so I could see how AI would process these concepts. Then, after finishing, I asked it this question, “did you learn from this?” This was the answer:
